NeXuS 2013 season announcement: "The Summer of Love"

The sixties brought tremendous change. Culturally, things began percolating during the previous decade only to explode during the Vietnam War. At the same time, technical innovations changed how people lived while music changed how people thought. All the while, the Cold War continued to wage.

NeXuS are proud to present for the 2013 season THE SUMMER OF LOVE encompassing the music and mood of that time.

The NeXuS Performing Arts Group is a charitable organisation based in Sandy, Bedfordshire (UK) that promotes community music in Bedfordshire through the Big Band, the Main Corps and the Junior Corps .

NeXuS also hosts the Ouse Valley Sounds contest in conjunction with BYBA.

Formed in 2010, NeXuS Drum & Bugle Corps performed their 2011 show "Dare To Dream?" in both BYBA and DCUK coming away ranked 14th across Europe overall.

Both the Big Band and the Main Corps are bookable for any event, including Carnivals, Fetes, Parties and other Private or Public Functions.
