The Nexus Big Band plays music from the 'Big Band Era', such as "Sing, Sing, Sing" and more contemporary numbers such as "Bohemian Rhapsody".

Consisting of a Brass Line constructed of Sopranos, Mellophones, Baritones and Tubas, supplemented by a Drum Kit, the Nexus Big Band are able to play at any function or event.

We are always looking for new members of any age; We rehearse on Friday Nights for two hours in Bedford, and also enjoy many social events, as well as partaking in functions throughout the year.

The activities of the Big Band also helps to fundraise for other parts of the group, including the Main Corps.
